Renting your property yourself risks to take a lot of your time and energy with no guaranteed results. The homeowner and his family can stay in the accommodation at their convenience and without any restrictions. For calendar management purposes, we ask you to share your dates in advance. With each new booking, you will receive a notification that will allow you to follow the periods of occupancy. You can of course communicate additional dates for your private occupations at any time, as long as the period is still vacant. Thus, the dates reserved by the owner will appear as unavailable.

Unlike « concierge services », your keys will be kept securely at our agency’s office. We firstly support a human welcome in order to hand over the keys and get to know the travelers. It is only in the event of arrival outside opening hours that the keys will be placed in a secure key box available at the address of our office, ideally located in the center of Crans-Montana, with public parking spots easily available. For security reasons, don’t work with  key boxes permanently abandoned in unsupervised buildings. We are bilingual French/English, which allows us to fluently communicate with our international clientele. We will take care of providing instructions for finding your accommodation, highlight key points as well as some information on local customs.

If there is one essential element that should not be forgotten, it is the quality of the cleaning. We work with a small team of cleaning professionals. All are declared to accident and social security insurance. We prepare the beds before each arrival. On this occasion, we ensure that the accommodation is ready and in a good condition. We also include some welcome essentials.

We are happy to organize cleaning services after the owner or his family, based on an hourly rate that will be invoiced in your rental statement.

We also take care of organizing repairs in collaboration with local companies and manage any unexpected event during a stay.

The profile on the Internet exclusively mentions the contact of our agency, your identity will never appear on the web and your confidentiality will be preserved at all times. We will take care of managing all interactions: from the first questions as well as all the follow-up before, during and after the stay.

Nothing is set forever. You renew your trust for a 6-month periods. Getting started in short-term rental requires a certain amount of patience before seeing real benefits. Although our agency allows to get started quickly, you will need to be persistent for your property to perform well. Yes. With a Swiss property manager certificate, we have all the skills required to manage traditional rentals subject to tenancy law. We are also able to offer your property for rental during the winter season. Nothing is definitive, we offer the flexibility, for example, to switch from a tourist rental to a year-round rental.

We make use of all possible shields in the event of damage, including a deposit that is required for all direct bookings. We will then be able to release it in the event of damage. For bookings via platforms, we have post experiences, which allows us to get straight to the point and ensure the best possible defense of your interests. The best protection remains to work with a base of loyal tenants already known to our services with an impeccable history. For this reason, we emphasize our commitment to direct bookings.

For your part, we recommend taking out furniture-household and owner liability insurance. We encourage you to discuss this point with your insurance advisor.

Concerned as much about the optimization of our common revenues as a good balance with the quality of the travelers, we work on rental durations from 7 nights. However on the periods of Mid- and Off- season: we open to 4 nights minimum. We do not proceed 1 night or weekend rentals due to inconclusive experiences.
